# Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the Mbox Viewer and Takeout Reports apps and this website, owned by Color Vivo Internet, S.L. By using either app you accept these terms.

## License

Mbox Viewer is distributed through the Mac App Store and the Microsoft Store, and is also subject to Apple's and Microsoft's respective terms. The free version opens files up to 1 GB; upgrading to Pro removes that limit via a one-time in-app purchase. Takeout Reports is distributed through the Mac App Store and the Microsoft Store as well, is free of charge and currently has no in-app purchases.

## Acceptable use

The App is a read-only tool for viewing your own email archives. You agree to use it lawfully and not to access data you have no right to.

## Purchases and refunds

All purchases are processed through the Mac App Store or the Microsoft Store. Refund requests are handled directly by Apple or Microsoft under their respective policies, as we do not process payments. This applies to Mbox Viewer only: Takeout Reports is free, so there is nothing to refund.

## Warranty

Both apps are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind: we do not guarantee that they are error-free, that they will always be available, or that any given archive can be read in full. Although they are designed never to modify your original files, we recommend keeping backups of your data.

## Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Color Vivo Internet, S.L. is not liable for indirect damages or data loss arising from use of either app.
