This is the same app you get from the Mac App Store or the Microsoft Store, downloaded from our own servers instead. Without a licence it does everything the free version does, with mailboxes up to 1 GB and no time limit. If you need Pro, you buy it here in the browser and the key arrives by email.
Mac

A disk image (.dmg) signed with our Developer ID and notarized by Apple, so it opens without Gatekeeper warnings. Drag the app to Applications. It can check for new versions and install them itself, if you allow it.
Windows
Windows 10 or 11 · x64 and ARM64
A small installer signed by Color Vivo Internet, SL. It fetches the app and installs it with Windows' own App Installer, which also delivers the updates afterwards: you don't need to download anything again.
Because the installer is new, Windows may say it doesn't recognize the app. Click “More info”, then “Run anyway”. The publisher shown is Color Vivo Internet, SL.
Linux Coming soon
We're working on a version of Mbox Viewer for Linux with a full graphical interface, like the Mac and Windows apps. It will be available soon.

In the app, open the licence screen, choose that you already have a key, and enter the email and the key. Activation needs internet; after that the app works offline.
Lost your key? Changing computers?
In your account you can see your licences and the computers using them, free up one you no longer use, download invoices and cancel the annual plan. You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email, no password.
Manage my licencesPrefer the App Store or the Microsoft Store?
The app is still in both stores, and there Pro is bought inside the app with your Apple or Microsoft account. Licences are separate: a purchase in a store does not give you a key for this version, and a key does not unlock the store version, because Apple and Microsoft don't share your email with us.
Questions about the direct download
Does my licence work on both Mac and Windows?
Yes, if you bought it on our site. The lifetime licence covers 3 computers and the annual one covers 2, and Macs and PCs count together: two Macs and a PC, for example. This applies to the direct download only; purchases made in the App Store or the Microsoft Store stay in their own store.
How do I move my licence to another computer?
Deactivate it on the old one from the app's licence settings, then activate it on the new one with your email and key. If the old computer is gone, free it up from your account, which you reach with a one-time link sent to your email. You can free up to 3 computers every 30 days.
Does the direct download work offline?
Yes. Activating Pro needs an internet connection; after that the app works without one. Now and then it checks that the licence is still valid, and your mailboxes and messages never leave your computer.
